Sam has been the heart of Crazy Clean since our start back in 2012. Having grown up in the industry, Sam saw first hand the do’s and don’ts of carpet cleaning from a young age. His mission with Crazy Clean is to provide the highest quality of eco-friendly carpet cleaning available, without compromising efficiency or professionalism. Sam is an avid traveler, rock climber, and private pilot in his free time.

Alisha handles all things admin - from billing and bookkeeping to managing our contracts with rental companies and apartment complexes. When she’s not busy at the office, she works as a functional movement specialist and yoga instructor in Post Falls, Idaho. Her favorite activities are yoga, rock climbing and spending time with her kids.

Randall E. - technician
Randall has over 20 years of flooring industry experience. After spending many years cleaning and restoring tile and grout floors in Phoenix, AZ, Randall moved to the Pacific Northwest and started a carpet cleaning company in the early 2000's. Now, Randall works as Crazy Clean’s resident tile and grout technician, and upholstery cleaning specialist.

Don is a north Idaho local, he grew up in Sandpoint and moved down to CDA to attend NIC. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Don recently started his real estate career as a licensed agent and is actively building his business alongside being the newest member to the Crazy Clean team. After serving 20 years in the Airforce working with computer networks Reynen retired to Coeur d' Alene to enjoy the area with his Son. Since joining the Crazy Clean team in 2014 Reynen has developed the skills to become one of our expert carpet cleaning technicians, while building strong ongoing customer relationships.
