Is the Air in Your Home Actually Clean?

Mold doesn't always announce itself with visible growth or strong odors. Airborne spores can be elevated long before you see a single spot. Our certified testing tells you exactly what's in your air, so you can stop guessing and start breathing easier.

Certified Mold Testing & Air Quality Assessment

Spore testing gives you a clear starting point, whether the next step is remediation or simply peace of mind.

 A Practical First Step

We work with homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals who want the job done right. Here’s what to expect:

Schedule

Give us a call. We'll find a time that works for you, answer any questions upfront, and make sure you know exactly what to expect before we arrive. Appointments are typically available within 1-3 days.

Onsite Sample Collection

We collect air samples from the areas of concern in your home or business, and a reference sample so your results can be accurately compared against normal environmental levels. This visit typically takes about 30-60 minutes so there’s no major disruption to your day.

Third-Party Lab Analysis

All samples are sent to an independent accredited laboratory. You get objective, unbiased results you can trust and share with insurers or realtors. Results are typically received same day or within 24 hours.

Report & Consultation

Our certified technician reviews the report with you, answers your questions, and lets you know whether remediation is needed, and what that looks like.

Common Warning Signs

These are the signs our customers most often describe before they call us:

  • Allergy or respiratory symptoms that seem worse indoors

  • Rooms that feel consistently damp or hard to keep dry

  • Unusual condensation on windows or surfaces

  • A musty smell that keeps coming back, even after cleaning

  • Past water damage or a slow leak — even one that was "fixed"

  • Spots or discoloration that keep returning after you clean them

  • The flat $250 covers the technician visit, up to 2 indoor air samples, 1 outdoor control sample, lab analysis, the written report, and your results consultation. Additional indoor air samples be purchased for testing if more than 2 are needed.

Why Test for Mold Spores?

  1. Buying or Selling a Home - Testing gives buyers peace of mind and gives sellers documentation to show a clean bill of health before closing.

  2. Insurance or Legal Documentation - Our third-party lab report holds up for insurance claims, landlord disputes, or real estate transactions.

  3. Something Seems Off - A persistent musty smell, recurring spots, or symptoms that clear up when you leave home are all signs worth taking seriously. Testing tells you whether your instincts are right.
